FINAL ACCEPTANCE FOR THE TOSYALI TOYO CCL

The Coating Line supplied by Globus to Tosyali Toyo Çelik A.Ş. has achieved the Final Acceptance. Tosyali Toyo is a joint venture between Tosyalı Holding (the leading private Turkish producer of flat steel and steel pipe) and Toyo Kohan (one of the world's leading companies in high-tech steel products).

This is the third high-capacity CCL installed by Globus in Turkey. Designed to process Galvanized Steel strips in the 0.20 – 1.20 mm thickness range with a maximum width of 1300 mm, it has the capability of producing approximately 200,000 t/year.

All coating machines on the line feature Globus’ ARPCO® - Automatic Roll Pressure Control System which guarantees repeatable paint application conditions by continuously controlling the parameters of the process. The line is equipped with a dual Finish Coater for the top strip surface: this reduces to virtually zero the time and production lost at coating changes and, with the appropriate machine setup, also allows for the production of decorated products, such as the woodgrain finish.
