GLOBUS SUPPLYING METAL TRADE COMAX WITH NEW FINISH COATER FULLY AUTOMATED HEAD

Globus has entered into a contract with Metal Trade Comax to provide the company’s Coil Coating Line in Velvaray, Czech Republic with a new coater automatic head for the Globus Finish Coater already installed.

Metal Trade Comax is one of the first representatives in continuous coil coating in Europe and the only producer of continuously coated sheet metal in the Czech Republic. Globus already collaborated with the Czech industry revamping their CCL step by step, this contract represents an important upgrade of the double head roller coater supplied in 2007. Reduction of process set-up and more stability of the process will contribute to increase the line productivity.

The controls of the roll coater will be completely new; operators will be able to set the parameters on both working heads, the remaining manual and the new automatic. The automation is ready to allow the upgrade with a future second automatic head. This new project strengthen the collaboration with Metal Trade Comax and makes Globus Team proud of the trust shown by this important Customer.
