VISUAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTED IN GLOBUS

According to our Mission, the Lean Management primarily represents continuous improvement that involves all levels of the organization and the ability to identify activities that add value for our Customers.
For this reason we have decided to apply and implement the Visual Project Management approach in our company, with the goal of improving our on-time performances, the management of risks and critical paths, the quality of information sharing within the team.
The outcome of our work is represented by our Oobeya Room dedicated to the projects follow-up.
